Healthy and Delicious authentic Homemade Indonesian Cooking

I prepare a different Indonesian specialty each weekday with a focus on healthy, authentic and delicious homemade cooking, with chicken or fish AND vegan options. There are over 3500 distinct culinary menus from over 6000 different inhabited Indonesia islands, each with their own food culture. I enjoy cooking with as many of these recipes as possible and want to share this great culinary experience with you. I use organic and whole foods as much as possible and cook with light, high quality, olive oil, and refrain from using MSG and unhealthful additives. All my meals are dairy free, gluten free, unless otherwise indicated, and refined and cane sugar free.
